València, October 25th, 2021.- On the 19th December the Pas Ras sports day will be held, organised by the Poblats Marítims Athletics Club and which has a more charitable side through Aportem-Puerto Solidario Valencia. The route along the seashore, the flat terrain and the exceptional atmosphere are once again the attractions of the Pas Ras al Port which, as in previous years, once again shows its most charitable side.

The registration fee for each of the categories includes a donation which will go to the Aportem-Puerto Solidario Valencia association. In the last edition of the race – held in 2019 – 1,150 euros were raised, an amount that Aportem has earmarked for different projects to help the most disadvantaged groups in the Maritime District.

The Poblats Maritims Athletics Club, responsible for the event, is finalising all the details. As in previous years, the course will cover a distance of ten kilometres through the grounds of the Marina de Valencia, which must be completed in a maximum time of 1 hour and 30 minutes. For children, the distances will be 500 metres in the first age category, 1,000 metres in the second and 1,500 metres in the third category. The race will start at 9 a.m. for the absolute category and at 10:30 a.m. for the juniors.

The link between the race and the port of Valencia has been strengthened year after year. For this reason, a special category has been maintained for workers in the port sector.

The registration period for the most maritime and solidarity race is now open. More information at www.pasras.es
