Port charges are payable for the private or special use of the public port area and for the provision of maritime signalling services.

- Article 134.4 of the Constitution, according to which, if the Budget Law is not approved before the first day of the corresponding financial year, the Budget of the year shall be considered automatically extended until the approval of the new one.
