Union representatives, the Presidency, Management and other members of the València Port Authority (PAV) have signed this morning the APV Local Company Agreement subject to the 3rd Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the period 2019-2026. In this Local Agreement, it has been agreed, among other issues, the definition of the remuneration complements assigned, as well as the economic amount determined for each of them for the period 2023-2026, provided that the budgetary authorisation of Puertos del Estado is available.

In addition, an annex to the Local Agreement has been signed which reflects the distribution of the amounts for the PAV staff retroactively for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021. Likewise, for this period, an effort has been made in the development of the workforce that will continue throughout the term of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The Local Agreement has been signed by the company and by the social part made up of representatives of the trade unions Comisiones Obreras (CC.OO), Unión General de Trabajadores (UGT), Sindicato Profesional de Policías Locales y Bomberos (SPPLB) and Unión Sindical Obrera (USO).

Valenciaport would like to thank all the people involved and all the PAV staff for their patience and attitude after a long negotiation process that has culminated in the signing of this Local Agreement. The Port Authority of Valencia is the second Port Authority of the Spanish State-owned Port System to sign this local agreement.
