On the annual conference of the European Sea Ports Organisation (ESPO) held in Valencia and attended by more than 200 national and international experts
València, June 15th, 2022.- The Port Authority of Valencia (PAV) has edited a video on the celebration in Valencia of the annual conference of the European Sea Ports Organisation (ESPO) which brought together more than 200 experts from associations, companies and port administrations of the countries of the European Union.
The “Valencia Declaration” of the European Sea Ports Organisation (ESPO) reinforcing the importance of the ports of Europe was hosted by a city proud of its port. From 1 to 3 June 2022, Valencia hosted the ESPO General Assembly and Annual Conference, this year focussing on governance trends in European ports. They were sessions of fruitful work, but also of twinning between the specialists and decision-makers of the ports of Europe. The investment plans of the ports always show that growth and sustainability are perfectly compatible.
In this video produced by Valenciaport, which we now present, we show that rigorous and well done work is also compatible with sympathy and port friendship. A report which shows the world and Europe that the Port of Valencia and its city are places of welcome, tolerance, progress and environmental sustainability.
