València, September 28th, 2021.- The president of the Port Authority of Valencia (PAV), Aurelio Martínez, attended the inauguration of the new training centre for hauliers of the Valencian Federation of Transport and Logistics Entrepreneurs (FVET).

The president of the PAV highlighted this initiative which allows professionals to “improve their skills and knowledge, while at the same time providing an opportunity for new drivers to join a strategic sector for economic activity”. According to FVET data, each year more than 4,500 teaching hours are given to around 800 professionals.

Also present at the event were the president of FVET, Carlos Prades, the councillor for Territorial Policy, Public Works and Mobility, Arcadi España, and the president of the Business Confederation of the Valencian Community (CEV), Salvador Navarro.
