The Association has drawn up new lines of cooperation with Caritas, Red Cross, Levante UD Foundation, Association with Values or Bona Via Network.

The general assembly of Aportem-Puerto Solidario Valencia has approved the accounts for the financial year 2021 in the meeting held last April. The meeting also dealt with the latest Corporate Social Responsibility actions carried out by the Association and analysed the intense planning that Aportem has programmed for the coming months.

Among these forward-looking actions, special mention was made of the work meetings held with different associations that coincide with Aportem in their vocation for social action and environmental care. The institutions with which new lines of collaboration have been drawn up include Caritas, Red Cross, Levante UD Foundation, Asociación con Valores and Red Bona Vía, among others.

In addition to reviewing Aportem’s regular and continuous action in the Maritime District, some projects were also reported on. Among them is the creation of the figure of “friends of Aportem”, which will include all schools, associations and institutions that regularly receive help from Aportem – Port Solidarity Valencia. The aim of this initiative is to ensure permanent communication not only with Aportem’s members and collaborators, but also with the entities that regularly receive support from the association. The aim is to promote a working network dedicated to solidarity and care for the environment, with its epicentre in the Maritime District of Valencia.

In addition to approving the accounts for 2021, it was also decided to initiate the steps for Aportem to be registered in the register of lobbies, as this will be mandatory for associations that have contacts with various government officials.
