València, 31 May 2024.- At this morning met: the contracting committee for the ‘awarding procedure for the execution of the container quay works in the northern extension of the Port of València’ and the qualification committee for the ‘public tender for the adaptation and operation under administrative concession of the nautical-sports facilities in the northern area of the Port of València’ (management of La Marina).
In the case of the contracting committee for the Terminal Norte works, it has proceeded to the evaluation of the criteria assessable by formula and has made the award proposal to the UTE formed by Acciona Construcción, S.A. – Jan de Nul NV – Grupo Bertolín, S.A.U., in its variant offer.
On the other hand, the qualification committee for the La Marina tender, having reviewed the documentation required in the correction process, has agreed to:
– To accept the proposals of:
- Ocean Platform Marinas Valencia (OCP Valencia): Puertomenor, S.A.; Grupo Corporativo Fuertes, S.L.; Puerto Picasso Málaga, S.L. y Astilleros de Mallorca, S.A.
- Semar, S.L. y Ocibar, S.A.
– Exclude the proposal of:
- Cardinal Capital Group; LTD; Tourism Business Builders, S.L; Port Ginesta, S.A. y Gestió Nàutica de Marines, S.L.
Following the agreement and in accordance with the provisions of the bidding specifications, the opening of envelope 2 of the accepted proposals was carried out in a public ceremony, and the technical committee was informed for the purposes of their evaluation.
