• The commercial department of Valenciaport has gathered in Cevisama a hundred representatives of the ceramic and logistics sector with the aim of showing its support to the tile industry

València, 27 February 2025.- Valenciaport is once again present at Cevisama with its range of services and its commitment to the ceramics and natural stone sector. A key industry for the economy of the Valencian Community and of great strategic importance for the ports of València and Sagunto, which act as allies for the ceramic business network and logistics hubs generating import/export trade.

For this reason, the commercial department of Valenciaport has organised a meeting with a hundred representatives of the ceramics and logistics sector. In it, Cristina Rodriguez, head of containers of the Port Authority of València (PAV), has shown the support of Valenciaport to this industry, ‘the Port of València has established itself as the main port for ceramic exports in Spain. We have a modern infrastructure, with specialised facilities and an operational capacity that allows us to handle large volumes of cargo quickly and efficiently’.

With the aim of contributing to the growth of this industry of Spanish reference, Rodriguez added, ‘the sector can count on our international connectivity, which is incomparable thanks to our network of regular services with the five continents, reaching more than 150 countries. And all this makes us the strategic ally of this industry’.
