València, 11 November 2024 – The Valencia Containerised Freight Index (VCFI) for the month of October has registered a fall of -8.62%. This price index, which is based on the export prices recorded by the Port of València in 13 geographical areas around the world, stood at 1,916.82 points.
In October, the Western Mediterranean sub-index has experienced a decrease of -12.06% with respect to the previous month, standing at 2,055.73 points. The Far East area recorded a fall of -7.67%, standing at 1,844.71 points.
