The extension will be until 31 December 2023, unless before that date the liquidation process in which the València 2007 Consortium is currently involved is completed or a new title to occupy the spaces that currently make up the current Marina de València is granted by tender
The extension – agreed with the Consortium – is granted with a reduction of demaniales spaces and without the old Passenger Terminal building, nor the Varadero building; enclaves that will now be managed by the Port Authority
València, December 29th, 2022.- The Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Valencia (PAV) has this morning approved the granting of a one-year extension to CONSORCIO VALÈNCIA 2007 IN LIQUIDATION to manage the areas of the Marina of the Port of Valencia until 31 December 2023.
The extension is granted on the authorisation that the Consortium obtained on 23 July 2001, and will be for one year, starting on 1 January next, unless before 31 December 2023 the process of liquidation in which the València 2007 Consortium is currently involved is completed or a new title of occupation of the domain of the spaces that currently make up the current Marina de València is granted – through a tender process.
The resolution approved this morning affects a slightly smaller area than the one the Consortium has been managing until now. The difference relates to the removal of the former Maritime Station and the Varadero building, two premises in the Marina Sur area that had been left without title and other minor adjustments; all of this has been agreed with the Valencia 2007 Consorcio and Valencia City Council.
