The Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance Act 19/2013, of 9 December, requires public bodies to ensure transparency in regard to their activities and regulates the public’s right to access public information. In compliance with this Act, the PAV makes relevant information available to the public in order to ensure transparency in regard to its activities.

- As part of its commitment to transparency, the PAV intends voluntarily and progressively to incorporate initiatives that reinforce the demonstration of ethical behaviour in exercising its duties and functions. These initiatives include publishing a Gifts Register as at 31 May 2022, produced in accordance with the PAV’s Guidelines for Accepting Gifts and Entertainment
