Article 31 of Spanish Law 48/2003 states that Port Authorities will charge appropriate tariffs for the commercial services they provide in a free-market regime which use private-sector pricing.
The Port Authority of Valencia’s Board of Directors has approved tariffs for the following services:
- Water supply.
- Electricity supply.
- Use of space outside the transit area.
- Use of the Phase III management building’s assembly hall.
- Hire or use of Port Authority resources to inspect passengers and luggage.
- Commercial services in the valenciaportpcs.net portal’s transactional area.
In addition to the aforementioned tariffs, and in accordance with Article 87 of Spanish Law 48/2003, the Port Authorities will also charge the following tariff:
- Tariff for not using the vessel-generated waste collection service
