PORTAL ACCESS AND USE POLICY

The following legal notices and information regulate the use of the service of the Internet website www.valenciaport.com <http://www.valenciaport.com> (hereinafter, the "Portal"), provided to Internet users by AUTORIDAD PORTUARIA DE VALENCIA (Port Authority of Valencia).

The Valenciaport Portal is an PAV initiative that pursues a twofold aim: on the one hand it is a promotional tool and on the other it is an instrument for the modernisation of Valenciaport logistics management.

The portal therefore comprises two clearly differentiated areas:

- A promotional area, addressed to the logistics community and society in general, which includes contents of interest and functional tools which are accessible in a simple and straightforward manner, and

- A transactional area addressed to companies within the logistics field, which includes information services, business and operational services associated with goods transport.

By accessing the promotional area of the Portal, users can make use of diverse contents and services offered by the PAV or, as the case may be, by third parties in accordance with the terms and conditions as may be indicated. These third parties and their contact data are as follows:

C) TERMS OF USE

The terms and conditions indicated below regulate the access and use of the promotional area of the Portal www.valenciaport.com <http://www.valenciaport.com>.

The term "Portal" is understood to mean, but is not limited to, the texts, graphics, images, animations, musical creations, videos, sounds, drawings, photographs, etc. included in the Portal and, in general, all such creations expressed in any medium or on any support, tangible or intangible, currently known or as may be invented in the future, regardless of whether they are susceptible or not of being considered intellectual property in accordance with the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Act or any such body of law as may replace it in the future.

The term "User" is understood to be anyone accessing the Portal. Users may use the services and contents exclusively for individual and private purposes, and may not make subsequent use of any contents for profit-making purposes or for any personal benefit, either direct or indirect, except for those which are strictly permitted.

Accessing the Portal implies that the user acquires a series of rights and obligations in order to ensure that appropriate use is made of the services and contents contained herein and that PAV makes freely available to users, except when the Particular Conditions regulating a given service or contents accessible through the Portal indicate that the user must pay a certain amount of money for the use and enjoyment of same.

The user should be aware that accessing and using the services and contents of the Portal are his or her own and exclusive responsibility.

The present general conditions of use shall be considered to be expressly and fully accepted by the user upon accessing the Portal and/or visualising the contents or using the services contained in the Portal. Should these general conditions be replaced by others in whole or in part, said new general conditions shall be understood to be accepted in exactly the same way as hereinabove. Nevertheless, users of the Portal should access these general conditions regularly to familiarise themselves with successive versions included hereunder, and are encouraged to access these general conditions each time they intend to access or make use of the services and contents of the Portal.

Should any user not accept these general conditions, or as the case may be, the Particular Conditions that regulate the use of a given service and/or contents, said user should refrain from accessing the Portal, or as the case may be, the given service and/or contents.

In general, services and contents offered through the Portal shall be available in Spanish, without prejudice to the possibility, at the discretion of PAV, of accessing such services and contents in any of the other official regional languages of Spain, or any other language used within the European Union.

The PAV may unilaterally and without prior notice modify the availability, configuration, contents and services of the Portal at any time, as well as the conditions of use of same, and the access to services provided, without prejudice to the dispositions of the Particular Conditions that, as the case may be, regulate the use of a given service and/or contents.

The cost of any telephone access or any other expenses involved in connecting to the Portal shall be at the exclusive expense of the user. The following technical requirements should be met by users so as to make use of the Portal:

- Internet connection with a bandwidth of 56Kbps or above

- Internet Explorer 5.5 or above and similar devices

- Minimum screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels.

- Colour depth of 16 bits or above.

The user should establish the necessary safety measures of a technical nature to prevent his or her information system, files and computer equipment used to access Internet and in particular the Portal from undesired actions and be aware that Internet is not totally secure.

D) COMPANY DIRECTORY TERMS OF USE

The exclusive owner of the present Directory is the PORT AUTHORITY OF VALENCIA (hereinafter PAV) and it is protected by operating and sui generis rights of the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Act and for the effects of said regulation, the PAV is the exclusive owner of the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation as well as the rights of extraction, permanent or provisional transfer of the totality or any substantial part of the Directory, of the reutilisation of same and all manner of making available to the public the totality or any substantial part of its contents by means of distribution of copies in the form of sales or any other transfer of its property or by rental, online transmission and any other form of same. The undertaking of any action indicated in this paragraph shall require the express written authorisation of the PAV.

Similarly, it is forbidden for the user of the Portal to undertake actions contrary to current legislation, such as the extraction and/or reutilisation of the totality or any substantial part of the contents of the Directory, and the extraction and/or repeated or systematic reutilisation of non-substantial parts of the contents of the Directory whenever they should involve actions that are contrary to normal use of the same and may conceivably cause unjustified damages to the legitimate interests of the PAV.

The PAV warns the user that the present Directory may only be used for private purposes and as a tool for consulting and contacting companies in the trade by extracting and/or reutilisation of non-substantial parts of its contents. It shall be forbidden to use any data for undertaking advertising activities, irrespective of the kind of advertising vehicle used, with the user being considered the sole responsible party for undertaking any actions whatsoever contrary to current legislation with respect to data protection (LOPD) and information society services (LSSICE).

E) STOPOVER SYSTEM TERM OF USE

The exclusive owner of the present database is the PORT AUTHORITY OF VALENCIA (hereinafter PAV) and it is protected by operating and sui generis rights as granted under the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Act and for the effects of said regulation, the PAV is the exclusive owner of the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation as well as the rights of extraction, permanent or provisional transfer of the totality or any substantial part of the database, of the reutilisation of same and all manner of making available to the public the totality or any substantial part of its contents by means of distribution of copies in the form of sales or any other transfer of its property or by rental, online transmission and any other form of same. The undertaking of any action indicated in this paragraph shall require the express written authorisation of the PAV.

Similarly, it is forbidden for the user of the Portal to undertake actions contrary to current legislation, such as the extraction and/or reutilisation of the totality or any substantial part of the contents of the database, and the extraction and/or repeated or systematic reutilisation of non-substantial parts of its contents whenever they should involve actions that are contrary to normal use of the same and may conceivably cause unjustified damages to the legitimate interests of the PAV.

With respect to the contents published by the PAV in the database, the user of same is hereby warned that the PAV cannot guarantee the veracity or the exactness of the data, with the responsible party in all cases being the shipping agent, person or company having supplied such data, with the PAV being exempt from all consequences and/or liabilities derived from the use of the information in view thereof.

F) RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

The user may:

- Freely access without any need for prior authorisation the contents and services of the Portal available as such, without prejudice to the technical or particular conditions or the need for prior registration with respect to the services and specific contents, as set forth under these general conditions or in the Particular Conditions of said services.

- Use the services and contents available exclusively for private use, without prejudice to the dispositions of the particular conditions that regulate the use of a given service and/or contents. The user may also download one single copy of the web page for visualisation "off-line" for personal but not for commercial reasons.

- Make proper and lawful use of the website in accordance with current legislation, morality, good customs and public order.

Prohibitions:

Under no circumstances may users:

- Access or use the services and contents of the site for illicit purposes, or in any way that may interfere with the rights and liberties of third parties, or that may jeopardise, damage or impede by any manner or means, access to the same in detriment to the PAV or to third parties.

- Use the services in whole or in part to promote, sell, contract, advertise or provide information on the user or on third parties without prior authorisation from PAV.

- Introduce information on the Portal or use existing services on the website for the purposes of interfering either directly or indirectly with the rights and especially with the fundamental public rights and liberties of other users of the Portal or of the PAV that may incite or encourage the undertaking of criminal, xenophobic, terrorist or degrading acts, or propagate discrimination for reasons of age, sex, religion or beliefs, or acts of a pornographic, obscene or violent nature or that may be contrary to law, morality and good customs. To this effect information shall be understood to mean, but not to be limited to, texts, graphics, images, animations, musical creations, videos, sounds, drawings, photographs, data, notes, etc.

- Include hyperlinks on their private or business web pages to this Portal in nonfulfilment of the conditions foreseen for such use.

- Use the services and contents offered through this Portal in any way that may be contrary to the general conditions of use and/or particular conditions that regulate the use of the given service and/or contents, in such a way that may jeopardise or interfere with the rights of other users.

- Undertake any action that may prevent or hinder users from accessing the site, or from using the hyperlinks to services and contents offered by the PAV or by third parties through the Portal.

- Use the Portal as an access means to the Internet for the perpetration of activities that may be illicit or unlawful, or that may infringe upon morality, good customs and the public order.

- Employ any type of computer virus, code, software, computer program, computer or telecommunications equipment that may cause unauthorised modifications or alterations of the contents, programs or systems accessible through the services and contents provided by the Portal or in the information systems, files or computer equipment of users of the Portal; or make unauthorised access to any of the contents and/or services of the Portal.

- Eliminate or modify in any way the protection or identification devices of the PAV or of any other legitimate owner who may have their contents hosted on the Portal, or the symbols that the PAV and any other legitimate third parties incorporate in their creations existing on this Portal which may be subject to intellectual property or industrial property rights.

- Include on websites of their responsibility or property "metatags" corresponding to marks, brand names or distinguishing symbols which are the property of the PAV.

- Reproduce in whole or in part the Portal on another website or web page without fulfilling the conditions foreseen for such reproduction.

- Create and use frames directed to the Portal or the web pages accessible through the Portal that may modify or conceal the contents, advertising space or brands of the PAV or of third parties, or any other such contents, regardless as to whether or not they can be considered acts of unlawful competition or brand confusion.

- Create frames on a website of their responsibility or property which reproduce the homepage and/or other pages accessible from the homepage corresponding to the Portal without prior authorisation from the PAV.

- Include on a website of their responsibility or property a hyperlink that generates a window or software session in a browser program used by a visitor, user or customer of their website, in which brands, trade names or distinguishing symbols of their property are shown along with or in combination with the homepage of the PAV Portal or of any other pages accessible through the homepage.

- Use the brand, trade names or any other identifying marks that may be subject to intellectual or industrial property rights without the express prior written authorisation of their respective proprietors.

- Undertake any action that involves the reproduction, distribution, copying, rental, public communication, transformation or any other similar action that involves modification or alteration of any of the contents and services of the Portal in whole or in part, or make economic use of them in any way, without the prior written authorisation of the PAV or of the third-party proprietor of the intellectual and industrial property rights that may apply to the services and contents of the Portal, except as may be established in these general conditions or, as the case may be, in the particular conditions regulating the use of a particular service and/or contents existing on the Portal.

G) RIGHTS OF THE PAV

The PAV reserves the following rights:

- To modify the conditions of access to the Portal, either technically or otherwise, unilaterally and without prior notification to users, without prejudice to the particular conditions regulating the use of the given service and/or contents of the Portal.

- To establish at any time any particular conditions it deems convenient or opportune, and, as the case may be, to demand payment or any other pre-requisite for accessing given services and/or contents.

- To limit, exclude or condition user access whenever a guarantee of correct usage of the Portal by such users is deemed to be lacking following the acceptance of such obligations and prohibitions by such users.

- To terminate the rendering of a service or the supply of a content, with no right to compensation, whenever such rendering or supply should be considered to be unlawful or deemed not to fulfil the conditions established for same, without prejudice to the dispositions of the particular conditions that regulate the use of a given service and/or content of the Portal.

- To modify unilaterally and without prior notice whenever it is deemed convenient the structure or design of the Portal, as well as to update, modify or exclude in whole or in part the contents or services, and the access and/or user conditions of the Portal, and even to limit or forbid access to such information in its totality.

- To refuse, at any time and with no need for prior notification, access to the Portal for any such users deemed not to be in compliance with the general conditions at set forth herein.

- To undertake any legal or judicial action deemed convenient for the protection of the rights of the PAV, as well as those of third parties providing their services or contents through the Portal, at any time deemed by the PAV to be necessary and appropriate.

- To demand any such compensation as may apply due to illicit or unlawful use of the services and contents provided through the Portal either in whole or in part.

H) PAV DISCLAIMER

- The PAV disclaims all responsibility for any such damages as may occur in the following cases:

- For any difficulties involved in connecting to the communications network through which this Portal is supposed to be accessible, or for the total impossibility of connecting, irrespective of the kind of connection device employed by the user.

- For the interruption, suspension or cancellation of access to the Portal, as well as the operational availability and continuity of the Portal or of the services and/or contents of the same for reasons which are beyond the control of the PAV irrespective of whether the causes for same can be attributed either directly or indirectly to the PAV.

The PAV accepts no responsibility with respect to the services and contents, nor to the availability and conditions, technical or otherwise, of access to the same, which may be offered by third party suppliers of services and in particular with respect to providers of services within the information society. Information society service providers are understood to mean all such physical or juridical persons that provide the following services to the public:

o Transmission over a communications network of data supplied by the user of the service.

o Access services to such a network.

o Data hosting or storing services.

o The supply of contents or information.

o Temporary data copying services requested by a user.

o Facilitating links to contents or search tools.

- The PAV shall not at any time accept responsibility for damages that may be caused to users by information, contents, products and services, including but not limited to services that may be provided, communicated, hosted, transmitted, exhibited or offered by third parties to the PAV, including information society service providers, through a Portal that may be accessed by means of any link existing on this Portal.

- For processing and subsequent use of personal data undertaken by third parties beyond the control of the PAV, or for the relevance of the information requested by same.

- For the quality and speed of access to the Portal and for the technical conditions that the user should have available for the purpose of accessing the Portal and its services and/or contents.

- The PAV shall not be responsible for delays or failures that may be produced in accessing and/or operating the services and/or contents of the Portal in cases of force majeure, which shall be understood to mean all those cases in which causes combine in an unforeseen or inevitable manner and result in the nonfulfilment of any obligations as may be ascribed to the Portal. Such causes include but shall not be limited to the following: strikes, either of its own employees and/or of third parties, insurrections or revolutions, orders given by any civil or military authority, natural disasters such as earthquakes, flooding, lightning or fires, wars, lockouts or any other situation understood to be force majeure.

- The user of the Portal shall be held personally liable for all damages of any nature caused to the PAV, either directly or indirectly, due to the nonfulfilment of any of the obligations derived from these general conditions or any other standards as may apply in the use of the Portal.

I) COPY RIGHT AND TRADE MARK NOTICE

The user should be aware that all contents and services provided through the Portal, including but not limited to texts, graphics, images, animations, musical creations, videos, sounds, drawings, photographs, all comments, statements and html codes of same, are protected by intellectual property law. The copyright and the economic exploitation of this Portal correspond to the PAV. For all contents included in the Portal, the copyright and economic exploitation are the property of the PAV or, as the case may be, of third parties, and in both cases all contents are protected by current intellectual property legislation.

The trademarks, trade names and distinguishing marks appearing on the Portal are the property of the PAV, or, as the case may be, of third parties, and are protected by current intellectual property legislation.

The provision of services and the publication of contents through the Portal shall in no way imply the granting, relinquishment or transferral in whole or in part of the ownership or property rights corresponding to the industrial and intellectual property contained herein.

No part of this Portal may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, copied, publicly communicated, transformed, in whole or in part, using any manual, electronic or mechanical system or method (including photocopying, recording or any other information retrieval or recovery or storage system) by means of any system currently known or that may be invented in the future without the express authorisation of the PAV. The use in any way, in whole or in part, of the contents of the Portal shall always require a prior request for authorisation from the PAV, and the granting of the corresponding license, should this be forthcoming, except in such cases as may be established with respect to the rights already recognised and granted to the user under the general conditions of use or as may be determined by the particular conditions that the PAV may establish to regulate the use of a given service and/or contents offered through this Portal.

Under no circumstances may the user make use of the services and contents existing on any page of the Portal for any other reason than personal reasons exclusively, except as indicated in the present general conditions for the use of this Portal or as may be determined by the particular conditions that the PAV may establish to regulate the use of a given service and/or contents offered through this Portal.

Should the actions or negligence or omission directly or indirectly attributable to the user of the Portal cause or give rise in any way to an infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the PAV or of third parties, whether or not any benefits should be derived for the user, cause the PAV to incur in damages and prejudicial consequences, losses, joint and several liabilities, expenses of any kind, sanctions, coercive measures, fines or any other monetary amounts arising from or derived from any complaint, action at law, lawsuit, court case or proceedings, either civil, criminal or administrative, the PAV shall have the right to petition the user by all legal means within its scope, and claim for any such compensation and indemnification monies as may be deemed appropriate, including but not limited to, pain and suffering, damages to company image, emergent damages and any such benefit derived therefrom, advertising costs and damages of any other kind that may involve a specific remedy, sanction amounts or court orders to pay costs, interests for delayed payments, the cost of financing all monetary amounts that the contrary party may be liable to pay, court costs and the cost of legal defence in any procedure brought to court for any of the above reasons, for damages and prejudicial consequences caused by the user's actions or omissions, without prejudice to the exercise of any other action that in Law may correspond to the plaintiff.

J) HYPERLINKS

Persons or bodies intending to make or making hyperlinks from one website on Internet to the website or pages thereof of the Valenciaport Portal shall be subject to the following conditions:

- The reproduction in whole or in part of the services and/or contents of the Portal is forbidden.

- No deep links, or IMG or image links or frames using the Portal pages shall be permitted without the express prior authorisation of the PAV.

- No false, inexact or incorrect statements shall be included concerning the pages of the Portal or any of the services or contents thereof.

- Save those elements forming part of the “hyperlink”, the web page on which it is placed shall contain no brand image, trademark, trade name, proprietary lettering, denomination, logo, slogan or any other distinctive mark of the PAV except as expressly authorised by the PAV.

- Making a "hyperlink" in no way implies the existence of any type of relationship between PAV and the proprietor of the website or portal where such a link is made.

- The PAV shall in no way be responsible for the contents or services made available to the public on the web page or portal where such a “hyperlink” is made, nor for the information, statements or any other material included on such pages or portals.

- Any "hyperlink" to the Valenciaport Portal shall be made to its home page or the main page of the sections contained therein

K) ) LINKS

The PAV accepts no responsibility for the information contained on web pages pertaining to third parties connected via hyperlinks with the Valenciaport Portal, nor on any websites managed directly by the PAV Portal administrator.

The links appearing on this Portal are for information purposes only and in no case purport to be suggestion, invitation or recommendation to visit said sites.

J) PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In order to use some of the services appearing on this Portal, users are first required to provide certain data of a personal nature to the PAV. The PAV will automatically process these data, under the conditions as defined herein, for the purposes as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

L) USE OF COOKIES

Description:

Permanent Cookies: these cookies have a long expiry period, and remain in storage on the user's hard drive long after the browsing session has finished.

M) DURATION AND TERMINATION

The PAV is nevertheless authorised to terminate or suspend the rendering of the Portal service and/or any other services contained herein at any time at its sole discretion, without prejudice to the stipulations concerning the duration of any of the corresponding Particular Conditions. Whenever reasonably possible, however, the PAV shall provide previous notification on the termination or suspension of the rendering of its Portal service and any other services contained herein.

N) COMPLETE AGREEMENT

These general conditions contain the complete conditions agreed upon by the parties in relation to the purpose of said conditions and no other previously accorded conditions, commitments, verbal, written or tacit promises or statements in respect thereof shall be considered to be valid.

The fact that any of the parties involved should not at any point in time demand or require the fulfilment of any of the conditions established under these general conditions, or as the case may be, of any of the particular conditions regulating the use of a given service and/or content intended for Portal users, shall not be interpreted by the other party as a waiver of any right to demand or require fulfilment in the future.

O) ANNULMENT AND NULLIBILITY

Should a given clause of these general conditions, or as the case may be, of the particular conditions regulating the use of the given service and/or content, be annulled or considered void, in whole or in part, such annulment or nullibility shall not affect the validity of any other clauses contained herein, which shall remain fully effective and valid, except where the party alleging nullibility or voidability can satisfactorily prove that without the clause considered to be voidable or annullable the purpose of the present conditions can no longer be fulfilled.

P) GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The parties hereto hereby expressly renounce the jurisdiction of other courts that may correspond to them, and accept to be governed under the present general conditions by Spanish Law and by the resolution of any disputes related thereto at the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia, Spain.

PAV PRIVACY POLICY

AUTORIDAD PORTUARIA DE VALENCIA (hereinafter PAV - Port Authority of Valencia), with offices at Muelle de la Aduana, s/n, 46024 VALENCIA, Spain, is concerned to inform users of this website of its policy with respect to the processing and protection of user data of a personal nature that the PAV retrieves from users when they visualise the Portal or use any of the services provided thereon.

Data of a personal nature are understood to be sequences of numeric, alphabetical, graphic, photographic, acoustic or any other kind of information relating to identified or identifiable physical persons.

The retrieval of personal data, and their subsequent processing and use, are subject to current legislation in Spain on data protection set forth in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (hereinafter LOPD) and its byelaws. The PAV shall only be responsible for and guarantee the confidentiality and security of data of a personal nature retrieved from users of the Portal, and in no cases shall accept responsibility for subsequent processing and use of personal data that may be made by third parties providing information society services acting outside the bounds of the Valenciaport Portal.

When are data of a personal nature retrieved from users of the Portal?

Data of a personal nature may initially be retrieved when a user fills out any of the subscription forms for periodical bulletins, publications or news services provided by the PAV through the Portal; when a user sends an electronic mail to the PAV using any of the e-mail addresses placed on the Portal, or when any of the registration forms enabling files or applications offered by the PAV for downloading from the Portal are completed by the user, provided the PAV is identified as the responsible party for the data retrieved in such a way.

If you do not want the PAV to process your personal data, you are asked to refrain from completing the forms provided on the Portal. In all cases, the PAV will expressly and legibly provide you with information on the conditions under which your personal data are retrieved and the purpose from which they will be used, and of the prerequisite of supplying such data or not, and the rights you enjoy as a user, of the conditions under which may exercise such rights, and of any other additional information that may be required.

Personal data processing is understood to be any operation or technical procedure, of an automated character or otherwise, that enables data to be retrieved, recorded, stored, elaborated, modified, blocked and/or cancelled, and data to be transferred or placed at the disposal of others as a result of communications, consultations, interconnections and information transfers.

Purpose of the retrieval and processing of personal data

With respect to personal data retrieved by means of e-mail and/or the completion of forms placed on the Portal, the purpose of processing shall be that corresponding to the request made by the user, and may be any of the following: processing a subscription being ordered, delivering by e-mail a publication or bulletin being ordered, maintaining a register of registered users, allowing access to file or application downloads as requested, and in general attending to and answering comments, suggestions or questions made by users.

Data communication to the PAV shall be true and valid and up-to-date.

Should the user be under age or incapacitated, the PAV reminds users of the need to obtain the prior consent of parents or guardians or legal representatives for any communications of personal data, in which cases the PAV asks users to refrain from using the e-mail service and/or registration forms if no such consent is forthcoming from parents, guardians or legal representatives. In no cases shall the PAV be responsible for the actions or consequences of use by a minor or incapacitated person

Rights enjoyed by users with respect to their personal data

Users may at any time be informed of the data which have been retrieved and processed by the PAV with respect to their persons; modify such information if it is inexact; cancel such data or discontinue its processing, with the only limit in this latter case being those cases in which it is not necessary to have the user's consent for processing his or her data, as long as not otherwise stipulated by law, and when there are well-founded and legitimate reasons with respect to a given personal situation, or when personal data processing is effected for advertising or commercially prospective purposes.

To exercise these rights the user is required to address a written communication, together with a photocopy of his or her National Identity Card or any other valid and legal means of identification to accredit his or her identity, to the following address: Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia, Muelle de la Aduana, s/n, 46024 VALENCIA, Spain, or to that address which may at any time replace it as registered with the Spanish Data Protection General Registry (Registro General de Protección de Datos). This written communication must contain the following information:

- Names and surname of the user.

- Identification of the request being made.

- Address to be used for notifications, date and signature of user.

- Documents accrediting the request being made, if necessary.

The PAV hereby informs users that the exercise of these rights is entirely personal, meaning that only the user him or herself may exercise said rights with respect to his or her respective personal data. Nevertheless, in cases of legal representation, the authorised representative of the user may exercise any such rights as may be permitted with respect to personal data protection provided such a request is accompanied by an accredited document indicating that such representation actually exists.

The PAV hereby informs that the exercise of said rights by a third party who is not legally authorised by the user may involve the perpetration of the criminal offence of disclosure and revealing of secrets as set forth in Paragraph Two of Section 197 of the Spanish Criminal Code, penalised with prison sentences of one to four years and fines of twelve to twenty-four months, without prejudice to any other consequences which may be forthcoming as a result of any civil or administrative procedures that both the legitimate possessor of the personal data and the PAV may have a right to exercise.

Should a user order a subscription to any of the bulletins or publications or news services offered by the PAV through the Portal asking the PAV to e-mail the bulletin or publication requested, the PAV hereby informs such users that they may revoke at any time their consent by requesting cancellation of their subscription by using the corresponding subscription form on the Portal, or by sending an e-mail to webmaster@valenciaport.com requesting unsubscription, in which case the data supplied by the user will be cancelled by the PAV.

Recommendations to users:

The PAV recommends that users should use the latest versions of computer programs in view of the fact that they usually incorporate greater and more efficient security measures.

Similarly, the PAV recommends that users should use appropriate available security devices (secure Web servers, encryption, digital signatures, firewalls, etc.) to protect the confidentiality and integrity of their data as far as possible in view of the existence of risks of impersonation, trespass and violation of communications.

The PAV reminds users that Internet is not always as secure as society would wish, and that the necessary technical measures should be taken to avoid unauthorised processing of your personal data.

The PAV warns users that whenever they provide personal information over the Internet using e-mails, newsgroups, chats, etc. they should remember that such information may be retrieved and processed for purposes that users may not agree with, and for this reason the PAV recommends users always to read the information on the confidentiality and privacy policies of the websites that they visit online.

The PAV warns users to always bear in mind that, except when encrypting devices are used, e-mail via the Internet is not secure. You should always bear in mind that messages sent by electronic mail and chat sessions may be intercepted and used by third parties to impersonate you. If you do not want to publish your e-mail address, configure your browser so that it does not allow your e-mail address to be placed on the Web servers that you access.
