Any company in possession of the relevant authorisation from the Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (Spanish Tributary Administration Agency) may use the telematic invoicing system with Valencia Port Authority. 

 

Requirements

The only initial requirement is to submit the Application for Telematic Invoicing to Valencia Port Authority.

From this point, Valencia Port Authority provides support in every area at no cost whatsoever: 

-          Management of the administration process until the necessary authorisation as a system user has been obtained.

-          Installation and setup of the telematic invoicing system, both at the initial testing phase and definitive implementation.

-          Resolving any kind of incident.

 

Steps to follow

Following authorisation by Valencia Port Authority, and until such time as authorisation from the National Tax Office is obtained for actual operation, two processes can be initiated: 

-          Installation of the test application.

-          Administrative procedures to seek authorisation from the State Tributary Agency
