The Strategic Plan 2002-2015 outlines the objectives that it proposes to achieve to respond to current challenges and fulfil its mission.

It contains 2 significant areas of action which include:

-          strategic lines of development

-          strategic projects

-          action programme

All of these instruments are necessary to achieve these objectives, strengthening the leading role we have attained among European ports on the Western Mediterranean.
